  • Identify what's missing and the cause of imbalance in life and relationships.
  • Resolve inequities and conflicts.
  • Restore harmony.
  • Achieve greater joy, understanding, connection, intimacy and gratitude.
Toni works with teams and organisations to:
  • Explore the impacts of dominant culture, limiting belief systems and practises.
  • Identify and embrace what's less familiar or excluded from teams and workplace culture.
  • Heal the harmful effects of toxic culture.
  • ​Achieve greater levels of productivity, quality of service and production, staff retention and job satisfaction.

Toni facilitates community groups for:
  • couples in committed relationships
  • separated parents
  • first time expectant parents
Toni tailors and facilitates learning based programs for government agencies and community organisations working with people from vulnerable backgrounds, including refugees, migrants, young people and parents.
