Coming to Toni’s workshop has added to my tool kit. I have discovered a delightful blend of strategies to practice and explore in a variety of environments. Each week we experienced a growing ability to listen and respectfully hold each other’s story. I now seek out opportunities to speak, think and act authentically. Toni created a safe place for me to begin to explore what it means to be me. I have had so much fun and made some lovely new friends.
